It's something special when you get a delivery and it feels like you could knock someone out with the heft of the box.This is a good weighty product that went together with ease. I built some sliding doors for the house prior to buying this product. I'm not too fond of having to place it over the center brace for the door, but everywhere else looked silly or was too high for the kids or too low for the adults. So, other than redoing the door the option was to just go with it.I'm very happy with the product and the ease of putting it together. As we continue to finish projects in the house it's nice getting ones that make life easier, not more difficult.

This is really a heavy duty handle and worth its price. It was easily done with just 2 drilled holes then put in the heavy duty screws in the handle. Very sturdy and well built.

We had to contact customer service about a piece missing. They responded quickly and helped us get the item we needed very quickly. The customer service is excellent and the product is beautiful.
