Failed in one year, but quick response from customer service
I installed a pair these on the rear axel about one year ago and at my last oil change, the shop noticed that the driver's side was leaking oil. I registered my shocks warranty with TRQ and they quickly responded (not even an auto response). They indicated they would take care of the issue.

In my experience with this product, it suck.
I bought a set of rear shock up service for 2016 Toyota Highlander, limited edition, and 3 months after it was installed. One of them failed, and it's not working. Anymore, I have been trying to reach out to them to get a refund or replacement. And I've been hitting a dead end every time that I Philip. D warranty form, they have online. It gets rejected and there is no phone numbers that I can call these guys to speak. With a live person and explain my situation, there might be a good company. And this might be a one-off, but the customer service so far, it's really bad. So hopefully, if you buy something from here, it doesn't go bad on you because you won't be able to get I wanted.
