Fox Run Expanding Beechwood Coffee Mug Wall Rack

I ordered two mug racks at the same time since I couldn't find the info I wanted on either one and wanted to get free shipping. I was hoping I could use one for mugs and one to hang necklaces. What I ordered was: 1) Fox Run Expanding Beechwood Coffee Mug Wall Rack for $13.40 2) Expanding PEG Rack 10 Hooks Hardwood Multi-purpose Vertical or Horizontal Wall Mount for $10.80. The difference in quality of the two in comparison of the $2.60 difference was incredible. The Fox Run rack (1) has sturdy 2" pegs and are firmly attached to the rack. The rack itself has 3/8" wood and has a very nice finish to it. Not to mention that it gives you three extra pegs to boot over the Expanding PEG Rack for a total of 13 pegs. As others have written, the hardware isn't the greatest so I asked my husband to put two screws into the racks through the wall to make sure that it stayed put. It holds all sizes of mugs easily, even some that I consider to be soup mugs. The Expanding PEG Rack (2) has 3/8" pegs that aren't tightly adhered to the rack at all. The wood of the rack (I think someone compared them to Popsicle sticks, rightly so) is 1/8" thick. There is no finish to it at all. However, the hardware is a definite improvement over the Fox Run. For light necklaces, this will work fine, but anything heavier will break it to be sure. For the extra $2.80, the Fox Run is definitely the studier, much better made product.

Great for displaying my craft fair mugs in my kitchen.

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I bought this to use as a dog leash rack for my wall and it works great! The staggered pegs enable me to hang up all of my leashes without them getting hidden behind one another, and it's easy to select and grab whichever one I need and know exactly where it needs to be put back. It's stylish and very sturdy, so I never have to worry about it falling down even under the weight of several leashes and collars, and can be expanded or contracted depending on how much wall space I have available at the time. I highly recommend this product - whether for coffee mugs, dog leashes, or coats and hats, it's sure to do the job!

Well made and hold a lot of weight for the price. I used it to display my different Starbucks mugs in my office at work. Having seen some other reviews that mentioned the mugs sometimes slid off, I took some thin velvet ribbon and wrapped it around the end of each peg. I then tied a knot in the ribbon that acts as a "stopper" of sorts to keep the mugs from slipping. There's not too much danger of them slipping if it's hung straight and you're not constantly knocking the mugs, but I just wanted to be safe. I also used screws & anchors to mount it instead of nails, since this is office drywall and not very sturdy.

I love it. I am so excited to have purchased and installed this product. I was able to clear out an entire shelf in one cupboard; up until now, I had actually contemplated selling many of our coffee mugs since they took up so much space. It helps that I'm not the coffee drinker in the house! The expanding coffee mug wall rack is fairly well made, especially given it's low price point. Each peg is of a substantial size and is connected to the frame using a screw. Four hooks are attached to the pegs, which we used for installation on a cupboard side by a coffee nook. The hooks, on the other hand, are not of as high a quality. I somehow managed to bend one out of shape while trying to attach it to the screws that we installed to the cupboard; I used jewelry pliers to bend it back into shape. Fortunately, I haven't had any of the mishaps detailed in other customer reviews. The rack has remained in place for over a month without mishap at this time. I have recommended this product to friends who are impressed by its appearance when they visit the house.

I got this to hold my collection of Starbucks mugs and I am not disappointed - it's perfect! It's sturdy and I'm confident it will hold my mugs safely without falling off the wall (we do have it anchored into a wood board behind our wall for extra support). The only thing I'm not totally crazy about is that the mugs do hang a little bit crookedly due to the fact that the left side of the mug hits the wood behind it. But it's not a big deal - once the mugs are all hanging there it's not really noticeable. My rack is already full and I'm probably going to be buying another one of these once I start getting more mugs to hang on it :) Best of all - it matches all of my kitchen cabinets! I definitely recommend this for your mugs!!

Very easy to install and hang up. Even though it's lightweight, it's sturdy enough to hold a lot of mugs. The design is pretty simple. You can customize the spacing of the mugs. They all hang well.

First - I do not use it for coffee mugs. I saw someone else using it in their nursery and I loved the idea so I totally copied it. I bought some wood rings from the craft store and some metal rings from the hardware store and use it to hang up the baby wrap and baby blankets. It also works great with a ring sling. I don’t know how sturdy it is since I don’t put anything super heavy on it. Like others suggested I did (or my husband did) mount it to the wall with screws that he drilled through the wood and anchors. Not sure how well it would stay up with the mounting it comes with. I did send it back once because I really did not like the wood the first time (it was super orange and with a weird grain - I know totally superficial).

I bought this for hanging on my daughters bedroom wall, for all her special things like bunting and badges. This is perfect for what I needed, the size is good enough at present and it has enough pegs for the items I currently have. The rack is printable, it's made of thin wood that has not been treated so you can easily paint or stain to suit decor. When the rack arrived it didn't need assembling, you just tap it your pins or hooks to the wall and hang the rack up. Sturdiness is a tad questionable, it does feel a little flimsy but as I'm not hanging heavy items I'm not atal worried. I'm happy I received a decent enough rack and find it good value in general. I would happily order another one fornthe same use.

Bought for the nursery to hang baby items and decor. It’s super cute. It is good quality and sturdy enough for what I need it for. I would definitely recommend.

Mükemmel bir işçilik. Pürüzsüz yüzey ve renk tonu tam istediğim gibi.

Love this rack - solid, practical and stylish. Handles a whole lot of light jackets, dog leads, caps and scarfs. A great addition to my entrance hall

Lovely, well finished, exceeded expectations
