Great product
This is a great product, having the 2 sizes is very helpful. The best part of this product is the adjustable plate to keep the meat submerged in the brine, that solves one of the issues I've always had with other products.

Juicer chicken or turkey
This bucket did what it was supposed to do. It brined a turkey. Turkey turned out very juicy

Well worth the price
My brother-in-law has one of these Briner Buckets and at first I thought it was neat, but a little expensive. I thought I would go the cheap route and just use a bag to brine a turkey. But no matter how I tried, I could not get all the air out and the bird would not stay submerged. A regular bucket and food grade bag is another option, but the bird will still float. The real selling point on the Briner Bucket is the locking plate that holds the meat down in the brine. I went ahead and got the Briner Jr too to do smaller things like chickens and roasts. I am very pleased!

Pricey, but if you have one you will brine far more often
I love this thing. You need a very large fridge or need to remove shelves to fit the bigger bucket but the smaller one is fairly manageable. I will always brine poultry from now on. I use a kegerator fridge to fit these, which works great. They are durable, easy to use, and made is the USA which is IMPORTANT and makes it worth the extra money.

Best thanksgiving ever
I had a compliment from my granddaddy who is nearly 80 that it was the juiciest turkey he’s ever had. This makes turkey an enjoyable meat. This is worth every penny just for the aspect that you don’t have to worry about keeping the meat submerge.

Brilliant!
So simple yet brilliant. I brined 4 chicken halves with less brine, and 100% coverage of the meat with ease. I used to use a garbage bag inside a turkey fryer pot. Then try to squeeze out all the air and seal the bag with twist ties. The Briner eliminates all that hassle. Of course you may have to temporarily remove a shelf in you fridge to accommodate the height, but I use our secondary basement fridge minus one shelf for this.Clean up is easy enough but requires a little extra work because of the indentations of the locking mechanism, but this is minor compared to the overall ease of use and effectiveness.
