Several years ago, I ordered a similar product from another retailer. It arrived broken. So did the replacement. THIS product was so well packed, it took a bit of time and well-spent effort to get it out of the box. If I could give it a 10 out of 5, I would. I have not used it yet, but the quality is great, and I look forward to years of use.

Crock itself is very nice, but packaging is thin. First one arrived broken in half. It was quickly replaced by the seller and the second one (packaged no better) arrived intact. Using it to store pet food. Looks cute.

The crock was good quality and very heavy due to it's size. Too much so for me to move around. Tried to return and couldn't get an answer from customer service as to the refund. Finally after about 6 emails, they said they could only refund to the original card (it had expired). The card it was purchased on had expired. Needless to say, we didn't get our refund. Amazon said there's nothing they could do about it.

This is a very heavy duty, substantial crock that will last for many years. It is manufactured to be nice-appearing as well as fulfilling its use. I was very happy with this product.

have not used it bought it to make sauerkaut next year it came and was packed very well should work really well

I used this to make pickles. Is of great quality. I’ll be able to hand this down to my children some day.

This was a perfect crock for our kraut! It’s not Redwing, but it will last a long time and be used yearly.
