What are the dimensions when it is folded up?

Dimensions after folding are : 11*14*26 IN

We have the Kohler comfort height toilet — 16 1/2” from floor to top of toilet (without the seat). Will this work or will the steps be slanted?

It should fit fine but if it is slanted you can always just lift both the lid and seat and it should be fine

Is the cushioned seat difficult to clean?

The cushion seat is attached by Velcro so it can easily be taken off and cleaned.

2 years old boy could use the toilet?

Yes, this is great for my 2 yo. The pee guard is an absolute must for boys and very stable for little ones to use.
