The 12" design is far better than the 9", I'm glad I bought these!
Very happy with the product. Exactly what I need and much better than what I expected. Also I am glad i got the 12" style rather than the 9" one. The extra 3 inches make a major difference. I own an order 9" that i got from a surgery a few years ago and it has been working ok but when I saw these on Amazon I decided to try them out but didn't expect them to be the same quality that I got from the surgeon. However I think they are much better than what I got from the surgeon. Plus the extra 3" makes a huge difference.

Do not recommend this for someone who is not really strong.
Except for how hard it is to get the velcro loose, it is just fine. It took five minutes to work it loose before wearing the first day. At the end of the day I had to pull it down and completely off on order to get it open. Once it sticks, it is very hard to adjust. It is also too long for me and I must fold it up 2 inches for comfort. Of course, I wore it all day, so cannot return it. I am going back on line to see if I can find one that is more satisfactory.

Just what you need after a c section as back up from the hospital
It’s just like the belly bands that at used at hospitals for instance after a c-section. Wish I would of know before post surgery to get one as my hospital one did not last to long and the compression is advised to use after c section. Mine works, & fits great, it is washable.

At first I found this difficult to use but after using it on a daily basis I liked the overall back support it afforded; that is, it did not bind in a certain area. The Velcro sticks good (maybe too good) because it is a bit difficult to separate ends, but all in all I loved the product

Velcro is superior but hard to line panels up
Item is a great binder. Just make sure you line the panels up before you fully secure because it is a good quality velcro and hard to get apart again

Good product and very good value.
Construction was great, sewing of hook materials was well planned.Comfortable for long periods of time.Can be worn discreetly.

Unusable
The brace is very difficult to use. It is different from all the others I’ve bought from Amazon through the years. The entire Velcro area sticks everywhere and is almost impossible to get apart. I am not able to use this binder because of this.

Not good for repeated changes
The brace provides excellent support, but the material frays quickly. For the price I guess it's ok, but I don't think it will stand up to repeated changes.
