The garment itself is just stunning - a perfect fit which simply oozes quality from the moment you put it on. This TT version of the Ma-1 is indeed the slim fitting, more modern take on the classic flight jacket, and as such, comes up small. It is essential to size up on this one. For me - 6'1, broad but slim, 45 inch chest, I ordered the XXL, and it fits like a glove.*WORD OF WARNING, tho - When I ordered, it wasn't apparent that the item was actually being shipped from somewhere in Europe. This only came to my attention when I saw in my account that the estimated delivery was around 2 weeks. Long story short, time went on, and after becoming concerned, I contacted Amazon about what was going on; on doing so I was instructed to give it one more week (a period of time, after which they would consider the item 'lost); that date came and went, and I had to have another shipped to me, which I insisted was sent expedited. It arrived sharply, and the original never did show up. Worth clarifying this before purchase if, like me, you were ordering the jacket to wear on a particular occasion.

It is a slim fit, but that is what I wanted.Quality material. For a lightweight jacket, it feels pretty impermeable and will certainly stand up to the rain.SStyle-wise. It's a classic. Love it.

Product fits to size

Decided for a large.size 40 chest 34 waist. perfect , nice slim fit. Size up

This jacket was not what I expected, I have had alpha bomber jackets in the past. To start with I ordered large as am a 42 inch chest and the size chart states that large would fit chest size 42-44 which is not the case. The jacket is very flimsy and light and also very tight . if I had known this I would have paid the extra money and brought a proper alpha bomber jacket which is like the one I had in the past which is a lot heavier and reversible. A total waste of money and it dos,not even fit correctly . I will be searching around other sellers to get the bomber jacket I had hoped for!
