I also bought these decoders as I was informed I would need them. Lights would work without them but I would get flickering and headlamp errors. Lights never worked with or without these decoders. I go to process the return and see I am going to pay a restocking fee so now I will not recommend this company to anyone. My fault for not reading the fine print but if the product or products are faulty I should not be charged. ### ⭐⭐ Only halfway works *by G***L on Reviewed in the United States on February 27, 2020* I purchased this for my 2019 forerunner due to doing an LED upgrade for the DRL/highbeams. When you put some LED bulbs in this vehicle the DRL uses the same Bulb as the highbeam and the DRL light will flicker. Once I installed this it definitely stop the flicker. But the way it did it it just kept the brights on the entire time.
