Great product
It’s original and the material is super good. Durable and came in the right color and well protected. Recommend buying it if you want the brand Kipling but don’t have anywhere near you or you don’t want to get out of the house.

I bought it mainly for a supplies case, and am happy with it.
I bought this case not long after buying the Kipling 50 pen case. Which honestly only holds 25-30 gel pens. However, I loved the look and quality of the case, so I bought this one, on sale, and I’m giving it 5 stars because it suits my purpose...not solely for pens and pencils, but art supplies I frequently use.The outside of the case looks great and feels very durable. The top and bottom of the case are slightly padded, which is nice. The zipper is large and opens easily and doesn’t feel cheap. The little monkey is a cute little addition, although my cat’s hair already stuck to it.Inside the top there are 14 loops to hold individual pens or pencils. The second “flap” has 12 of the same stretchy loops. In my case, I put my Prismacolor Manga set of pencils in the loops, as well as a blending pencil, and 2 regular pens. When you fold back that flap you get to the bulk of the case, which has no more loops. I’m not sure how many pens it would hold, although I’m guessing from my experience it would not be 100 total (at least not gel pens with clips). The bottom has no structure, so your pens or whatever will be loose. I knew this and that’s why I got this case.So in the large compartment of the case, I’ve got an array of supplies that I use frequently. I’ve got a couple kneaded erasers, a Prismacolor plastic eraser, 3 small pencil sharpeners, 2 Prismacolor blending markers, a sandpaper block, eraser pen refills, mechanical pencil refills, tortillons and blending stumps, 3 Uni Posca white paint pens, 3 white gel pens, a blending pencil and an Ebony pencil, a pencil extender, a 6 inch ruler and 6 Micron pens, and a couple of regular ball point pens. There is still room for more stuff, but I kind of like it looser so I can rummage around in it easier to find what I need.

Great Buy!
Love it! This is beautiful as well as practical. It holds a lot. You don't realize how much you own until you start to fill this Kipling 100 Pens holder. I should've counted but I didn't. I think it fits more items than it claims. I love the color and the monkey. It's so cute and whimsical. I saw people on You Tube remove the monkey, but I think it's cute so I'm leaving mine on. I almost forgot the most important thing which is, the zipper. it's well made. A friend who saw me open it automatically commented on how good the zipper was. It has a couple of sections with elastic bands that hold 24 pencils (mine holds water color pencils). But the key word is pencils. Anything wider than a pencil will reduce the amount it will hold in those sections. Also it's expensive. So keep that in mind. I received money for the holidays so I decided to splurge. But really it's so well made that you will own it forever. I'm considering buying another but not just yet. To me it's worth it. But, if I find it for less, I'll jump on it because who doesn't like a deal.

Best art supply holder ever!
I won't call it a storage case because that implies something that gets stowed away, whereas this is for heavy all day everyday use. I really didn't see what all the hype was about until I actually started using this 100 Pens case. It holds all of my daily and near-daily bits, from pens and pencils, to sharpener and eraser, ruler and compass, found objects, a couple of markers and a cat toy or two. Plus a couple of binder clips and another sharpener. And some coins and sparkly things. And a spare pair of glasses. If I wanted to keep it super neat and zipped up I could still probably fit a tin watercolor pallette and a couple of waterbrushes. But I like it better when it's left open and just slightly messy: holds a tonne of stuff but I still know right where everything is and can put my fingers on just about anything with barely a glance away from subject or sketchbook. This is an art supply holder that gets out of the way when you're in the zone, yet is a pleasure to pay attention to, also, between projects or breaths. I really enjoy it! PS, mine is turquoise, bright and shimmery.

Kipling 100 (NOT) pens case is a pretty nice case indeed.
Yes, I love this case, although it will not hold 100 pens and the loops are very tight unless you're putting in thin straight pens. There are a total of 26 loops and an open area for loose items, be it pens or whatever. I have found it's best for me NOT to use the two end loops (#1 & #14) on the inside front of the case, it makes it just too tight across the front in my opinion. Fatter pens are difficult to put in, but not impossible. I have Micron Pigma pens in mine, and a few Sakura gel pens. I tried my Flairs, got them in, but... tight. so they are now loose in the open area. I have this case in black with a plain inside and in summer splash which has the printed lining. I prefer the printed lining, looks much nicer, indeed. The outer material seems to be sturdy nylon, and both I have are color saturated. The zipper is big with big teeth... the better to keep it closed, my dear. :) And the overall size of the case isn't as huge as I thought it might be. It is a nice case in spite of the drawbacks. Worth retail price? not in my opinion. I paid $29.99 for each of mine and feel that was a bit too much as well. Find them on sale when you can unless you just gotta have it now! :)

Excelente
