These remotes are super easy to program and extremely reliable. I read the reviews That mentioned reliability issues but I decided to give it a chance anyway. These are used for opening doors in a facility I work at. I use these remotes at least 20 times a day several days a week and they work reliably every time.

good range, and that's with the economy battery it came with. I expect even better range when it gets replaced with a Duracell, eventually. easy to program ( flipping dip switches). BEST price I could find, saved a ton over some options.

My townhouse HOA gave me 5he code and suggested it would be cheaper for me to buy my own 5han to replace the broken ones. What's even better is no more big clunky remote. This one is small, convenient, and effective.

The range of operation is great.

These work perfectly. The range for these tiny key-chain transmitters is about twice as long as the big clunky brick supplied by our building's management. There is a plastic tab protecting the battery, so you know you will have a fresh start on battery life. Programming is simple, though you will need a small phillips screwdriver to open the case (It is a bit inconvenient, but I appreciate this as it prevents small children from accessing the pill-sized battery inside -- kids love playing with keychains!).
