Q: can these be rekeyed to match factory schlage?

Thank you for your question, these lock cylinders can be rekeyed to match a Schlage Sc1 keyway key. Schlage have many keyways, the most common ones are Sc1 and Sc4, these locks are Sc1 keyway.

Q: Is this an anti-bump lock?

This is not an anti-bump lock. These have standard pins. You'd need to replace the top pins with something more secure.
