I have THE MOST INTENSE pine/conifer allergies, and I live in the pine lands of southern NJ. Every spring is TERRIBLE for me, despite taking prescription strength allergy medication. I have to carry around an inhaler and I'm constantly so congested, sneezing, with watery swollen eyes and a runny nose. I have tried almost every allergy med known to man, and this spring I finally decided to look for another option when the horrible sinus tooth pain rolled around, and my tongue started to swell during an allergic reaction.I found this, and sinupret. I decided to start taking both. THEY CHANGED MY LIFE. What I've come to realize is that the sinupret does more immediate decongestion and loosening of all the junk cleared up in the sinuses, while this supplement seems to over time reduce all my symptoms and my overall reaction. Within 1 week of taking these daily as recommended, I had no sneezing, no watery eyes, no sinus pain, virtually no allergies. You don't understand how insanely impossible that is for me, living in the middle of the pine lands when I'm as allergic as I am to pine. I've found this is THE MOST helpful thing. Just take it. I also recommended it to my dad who has allergies and he said it has majorly helped him as well. I actually dropped my prescription allergy medicine because this was doing so well.HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have had post nasal drip for at least 10 years. It is not thin, but a clog of mucus I have to cough off the back of throat and tonsils in the morning. Yuck. When I first got this, I took 2 and woke up very dry in the morning, so it has an antihistamine effect. A lot of my problem is dryness. So I started taking one in the morning and one before bed, and it is much better. I also purchased a saline nasal mist, which I do twice everyday, (sniff in each side to try to get it to go to the back of my throat) after I brush my teeth in the morning and in the evening. I wait a little bit after the saline nasal mist, 15 mins., then I use LiviaOne which is a probiotic nasal spray from Amazon. All of this together is clearing this condition up so noticeably, that even my husband remarked how I cough so much less and hack so much less in the morning!

Being a decade’s long Sudafed [12 hour] user [really bad for one’s health], I have looked far and wide, high and low, for an alternative that will let me sleep at night. I have tried many things from Netti Pots and Essential Oils to Surgery, and while not everything in between, I tried far too many to list here. It has been less than two months now, but I can say that I am still sleeping well. There was a really fabulous period for about two weeks, but I attribute that to a weening off of the Sudafed. Being able to breathe from BOTH sides for hours at a time is amazing. Not having a continuous Sinus headache is worth the price by itself. The cost is about that of Sudafed, so a good trade there as well. Not being a regulated drug is also a bonus. Note - I can now use my Navage on a regular basis as well - very tough to use when one Sinus is clogged. Note - they suggest one capsule, twice a day - I have found that Morning, Noon and Evening works best for me, your mileage may vary, consult a physician.

I suffer from Fall/Winter allergies pretty severely, with no idea what causes it. My Dr. prescribed various kinds of antihistamines & nose-squirters like Flonase, but none of it has any effect. I've been using this product now for a few years when the allergies strike, and had fairly decent results. It's no 'wonder product' and doesn't help as much during the worst of it - Jan & Feb - but if it's a milder attack, it helps lessen the symptoms for that day. I take 2 a day if I wake up realizing it's gonna be an allergy day (sometimes 3 if I'm really debilitated) and also take a Quercetin & Bromelain supplement, which acts as a natural antihistamine along with other benefits. I've had no side effects from any of the products.So if you're like me and can't get relief from otc allergy pills or sniffers, and your Dr. has no idea how to help you, try this product along with a Quercetin/Bromelain supplement and see if that works. It's not an allergy cure-all and during bad allergy days has sometimes had no effect at all, but there's no doubt that overall, it generally has mildly positive effects for me personally.

I was looking for a natural alternative to an allergy pill because I cannot find what I am looking for in a store and nothing else seems to work, now do not get me wrong; I am not saying this is a wonder medicine, but it at least makes my allergies bearable. I can breath better and do not get as heavily congested as I had been the last few years with taking the over the counter stuff i.e Allegra, Claritin, Zyrtec, etc... when I had insurance I was taking Singulair, but cannot find a good alternative to it anywhere on the market that I can afford and am able to buy without a prescription, but a warning to anyone who reads this... do not go a day or two without it, if you are like me you will suffer because unlike other pills that work residually in your system, this does not. Once the 24 hrs are up, it is done working through your system and hopefully you have another supply on hand. So in all Pros: No sinus pressure or blockage and relief from constant sneezing and stuffiness. All natural ingredients, so no side effects... unless you have an allergic reaction to something in it? Cons: Has a funky taste to gel capsules, do not I repeat DO NOT miss a dose or run out! Ultimately the choice is yours, but for me this works, I can breathe and I can freely blow my nose, no more waking up to a sore throat and a cough and sneezing is at a minimum, I could not ask for better relief from an over the counter product and the price is even better.
