Hi, I have attached instructions as follows. Hope this helps. Regards(Yale)YP 2/23/128/1SETTING A NEW COMBINATIONThis resettable combination padlock is preset at 0-0-0. (Even though dials may be positioned on other numbers).To reset the combination:Position the dials to the preset combination 0-0-0 and pull out the shackle.Turn the shackle counterclockwise 90° and press down all the way.Keep holding the shackle down and set the dials to the new combination. (Do not let go of the shackle while setting the dials)Release the shackle and return it to its original position. Your lock is now ready to open with the new combination.Test that the lock is functioning with the new combination before using.

Is the padlock weather proof and suitable for a garden shed?

I cannot say if it weatherproof I use it for a locker I can say it will not be big enough for a shed (DEFINATE)

I have the lock on the 3 0s it came out the packet with, and for the life of me I cannot get it to close or change the combination
