The fireplace is really nice, but the fire does not look real as it is described in the ad. I have emailed the company and told them they should change their description of the fire. We are keeping it because we do like the looks of the fireplace and we are going to be using it as a source of heat for a space. We have another electric fireplace that the fire looks much more real in!
