Very happy with this poster. Arrived quickly and nicely packaged in a hard tube. The poster itself is exactly what I've been looking for, lots of valuable information, very colourful, and looks great in the kitchen. I was also impressed by the quality and durability... an absolute bargain for that price! I think I'll order another one as a gift.

My mum requested I order this for her. I have a separate chart for nutrition but I think hers is even better. Lots to go on and they make a nice reference if you need a refresh on what to get from where. Overall, she's delighted and I can definitely see why! Chart is great and looks great on the kitchen wall too.

Very clear and user friendly, Hung it up in the kitchen, looking at it gives reminders, ideas and inspiration for food combinations to ensure that you are maximising your vitamin, mineral and protein intake from as many fresh vegetables, fruit, nuts,seeds, lentils, beans etc as possible. I am inclined to eat the same food everyday, but now I look at this amazing chart first and plan daily meals to ensure that I eat different combinations of food from this chart. Love it.

This chart is super helpful! I just got it today and it’s the perfect addition to my home, doesn’t take much space and it has all the important info for vegan nutrition.It’s super handy! I can look at it when I decide what to cook, and how to combine ingredients. I would highly recommend it also to meat eaters that want to incorporate more veggies into their diets. Absolutely impressed with the product.

I like this vegan food chart. It's helpful to start learning what foods hold what nutrition. But I do wish that it had a lot more foods on it as it is pretty basic and missing other foods that I know hold the same great nutritional value as those on it. I have put it up on the inside of one of my kitchen cupboards which is handy to refer to when I'm looking for a snack or to cook a meal.
