Very good level of detail. Lots of pictures. An essential guide for those using the Katy Sue Flower Pro molds. So many good suggestions for volume of sugar paste to use, ways to put it in the molds, etc.

I really like this product. It is good quality and well planned. One can really learn to make flowers by reading their booksand watching the videos.

I love Flower Pro, but then I have followed, learnt from and admired Nicholas Lodge's work for over thirty years. He is so clever. This book, as with all his books, is very clear, well written and easy to follow. With this and the Flower Pro moulds, I have managed to make a poinsettia for my Christmas cake.
