Shipping came early. Everything worked, one key out of tune, but overall, got my money's worth. I bought the piano for my 6 year old granddaughter, to spark some interest in the piano. Looks like it will be good for learning.

We got this for our son for Christmas, and the sound is clear, the weight isn't heavy, and it is packed very nicely. The qualities that are used to play are really cool!!

When we first got here our keyboard we had an issue with a couple of the keys and was not able to fix the problem. We contacted the seller and they immediately sent us a replacement keyboard.
