This is an amazing product. I suffer from migraines and pressure pain in my head. My prescription migraine medication does even take the edge off. 2 droppers in some water and chugging it down my migraine & pain is completely gone within 15 minutes. So happy I don’t have to keep putting garbage in my body and can get some relief from a natural source. The taste isn’t great, tastes kinda woody but I don’t even care. I’ll take that taste anytime lol

This stuff is incredible. It works even faster than pharmaceutical pain medications, which have messed up my liver over the years. It works incredibly quickly when you put the drops under your tongue. I put 7 drops under my tongue, then rest my tongue on top of the drops to maximize the surface area. Allow to absorb for a minute or two then swallow. I do the minimum dose of 28 drops and it works perfectly. I begin to even feel relief before I'm done with the last dose. I haven't tried it as directed (just swallowing it with water), so I can't comment on that, but sublingual administration is so incredibly fast, I don't see how it could be faster.

The main ingredient in willow bark extract is an anti-inflammatory that is also used in aspirin. We used to pay $18 for 0.25 oz of highly effective willow bark acne treatment from Boscia. With three teenagers, it was gone in a week. I couldn't afford $950 a year in acne medicine, so I read the ingredients and decided to make my own. The main ingredients in Boscia is willow bark extract, followed by some fillers like glycerin. I suspected that any high quality liquid willow bark extract would work, so I took a chance on the Horbaach. To avoid contamination, I dripped a drop on my finger without touching the dropper and treated my scalp acne. It disappeared overnight. More stubborn acne required 5 to 6 applications, over the course of a couple of days. My daughter is practically acne free, even during her hormonal cycles. I have purchased a bottle each for my teenagers to avoid cross contamination. Natural acne medicine will only cost $90 a year now, thanks to college chemistry class. Keep in mind that the color is brown, not green like the photo. If you find this useful, please give me a thumbs up and spread the word. Kids don't have to take poisonous pills or use toxic chemicals like benzoyl peroxide anymore.

I've bought this twice - once in 2022, and just recently. Taken sublingually and allowed to penetrate the inside of the mouth is the fastest way for pain relief. I have taken this instead of NSAIDs, as I have problems with side effects. The 2022 batch was not bad tasting - a bit sweet and earthy. However, the 2023 batch I just tried is wretchedly bitter and the taste lingers for hours. I wonder if glycerine was used in the 2022 version, but not in the 2023 batch? I'm not sure I can use this stuff unless I mix it with honey (maybe). I will try. Hope Horbaach corrects this problem. Otherwise it's a lifesaver.

I use it on my face in the mornings and let me tell you.. this is a game changer! Leaves my skin dewy and does not break me out. I have been using this for less than a week and it’s honestly better than any other acne creams I have tried. It’s all natural and gives me that glass skin look, can’t wait to see the progress in a couple weeks. 10/10 recommend.

Great brand of tinctures. I've purchased a few of their products and I'm very happy with it.

First, I don't think the taste is that terrible. Obviously not something I'd put in my coffee but I had no problem with the taste. It's like one of those things you don't particularly like, but get used to it enough that soon, it doesn't bother you either. The dose I took was 4 droppersfull in the morning and then in the evening. A dropperfull is about a quarter of an inch from the top. I have all kinds of arthritic aches and pains and I honestly don't see where this provided any noticeable relief at all. And no side effects. In general I don't have much luck with homeopathic anything. So no, I can't see any reason to buy it again, but am happy that it does work for some of you.

The smell is terrible, and the taste is similar to the smell (but not unbearable). I cant accurately rate the pain relief because I've been using this product mostly topically for its salicylic acid benefits. White willow bark extract contains the a natural compound used in face washes to aid in the treatment of acne. And so far, it has worked fantastically for that. I use about 2 drops of this extract with 3 or 4 drops of sweet orange oil in a tablespoon of jojoba oil every night after I was my face. It is clearing up the blemishes I have.
