The new remote is a perfect match for my Samsung TV. The company is also prompt in responding to query on their WhatsApp number.

Tested all important keys and works as expected.Looks like the closest matching remote to the original Samsung remote BN59-01031a.Finish is good but buttons are bit hard, I guess it should not be a problem.

Spoiled within 3 months, hardly used.

The remote works as it should, butons are hard to press and might not work for a long period, this is to be considered looking at the value of productOverall happy with it, long term usage will be a concern

I have a 7-year old Samsung 32" full HD LED TV, and the remote simply stopped working. So I ordered this one, and it works perfectly. All buttons and functions do exactly what they are supposed to, so no complaints.Build quality is not as good as the original - this one feels more flimsy. Not sure how much it will last, but at this price, I can afford to buy a new one every year.Interesting buying experience too! The seller contacted me as soon as I placed the order, asked me to send him the photo of old remote, just to make sure I had ordered the correct model (and to make sure he sends me the correct model). His communication was very polite and put a smile on my face.

I like the rigidity of the remote but bit hard to press remote keys, may be I will have to use a bit of time to see it may improve key press
