A3 frames aren’t easy to find. For the price these are just fine. I appreciate the stand which I was not expecting. The overall quality is ok. There are some imperfections on some edges and I got one corner with a tiny chip, not worth returning. Otherwise smooth. Not real glass which is disappointing. But because of this and the fact that they are lightweight, they’re just right for a kid’s room.For about $5 more per frame, you can find better options. (I got an A3 from americanflat with real glass, feels sturdier with less imperfections, no stand though). I would recommend these given the price if using for a kids room or if you need something basic, easy and lightweight.

The frame seemed sturdy although for the price I think it should come with real glass. It's a plexiglass type of material. I went to Lowes and had them cut a piece of glass for me for under $7. I will have to say that the plexiglass that does come with the frame does not have as much glare as a regular piece of glass and seems to be of good quality. I guess it comes down to personal preference. I am grateful for the A3 size since there are not a whole lot of options out there since most frames in the US use imperial measurements (inches vs. cm).

The frame will cover the edges of an 11x17 print (opening size is 10.5 x 16.5). However, the opening size for the mat is exactly 8.5x14, so the mat won't cover the edges of an 8.5x14 print. I have to cut an 11x17 mat to 8x13.5 opening. The included mat can be used to make a double mat, although it is also very thin so you won't get a beveled edge on it.My gripe is that the listing switches between cropped opening of 11x17 for the frame to uncropped opening of 8.5x14 for the mat.

Contrary to popular belief, “shatterproof glass” does not mean plastic. I was expecting a glass frame. I received plastic. So now it’s on its way back so I can purchase an actual glass frame. Would’ve been 1 star because of the annoyance. The extra star is because the rest of the frame is fine and would’ve been acceptable had I wanted one with plastic instead of glass.

I bought this for a large photo of my grandmother that I wanted to keep safe. It had started to break down around the edges. I had looked other places and frames this size were expensive. I was worried this would be super cheap feeling or not really stand up but the frame is great. heavier material and the fold out stand on back is sturdy and has a ribbon for extra support. I have had it for more than a month now stood up on a table. It looks great!!

I bought 2. The glass in one arrived broken to the point that I cut myself even opening it to find out. The replacement arrived but that one had plexiglass instead of glass. The hardware on the backing wasn't even the same. Since I was using them in different rooms and it is hard to find A sized frames in the US, I kept them, but be warned that the products are not consistent. If you need more than one, I would get them all at once so they will be the same batch and hopefully the same materials.

This frame arrived appropriately in an amazon box...but the frame itself was inside a grocery bag with a Kohl’s return label on it. The description states the frame is made of real wood...not true. It also states shatter resistant glass...which was just plastic; not glass at all. This product was not as described and did not met my expectation by reading the product description.

I bought these frames to put a photo in for Christmas gifts. When I took the bubble wrap off the second frame, I saw what looked like cracks. I then realized it was probably the plastic that is covering the glass. I took the plastic off and the glass does have deep scratches in it. Very disappointed. I already gave one as a gift, so I can’t just send one back, since they came as a set. The first one worked really well.

I have several specialty school degrees I wanted to put up on the wall, but they were an unusual 8.5x14 size. Finding the appropriate frame was difficult without going custom, but these were the perfect size. The frames have the appropriate fittings on the back to orient them in either portrait or landscape, and there is even a built-in stand that allows you to place it on a flat surface in the landscape orientation. These frames were well priced, came well packaged and undamaged, and even made it to Canada without difficulty.Do note that the overlap between the degree and the mat were only a few millimetres on every side, so it took some finesse. And yes, it is not glass I’m pretty sure, but no one would really know.I bought 4 initially, but now I wish I had bought 2 more.

Each of the two frames came damaged. The black paint was flaked off in places to reveal the white underneath. I can’t be bothered to send them back so used a black sharpie to fill in the dings and scrapes. Can’t recommend.
