We purchased the sofa 3 cushion version not love seat. Came on a truck and packed in heavy cardboard, packaging was decent, no damage. Nice quality product, looks awesome. Took it to our cabin in Utah mountains. Lots of use during 2 weeks , visitors all complimented it. Is very comfy, surprisingly because the cushions kind of looked over stuffed at first. But they work very well. I slept on it one night, was very comfortable, I'm 6 ft 1, 210lb. Don't really have any negatives, at least not yet. We will see how long it lasts with kids jumping all over it.One small gripe. It was not clear how to install the legs. The holes where you screw them in had material covering them. Quick and easy to punch through once you figure it out but for a newbie like me took a while to realize that's how it was done.//update May 2014-- OK this is my update. It is several months since this couch arrived. Everyone really likes it. We were so pleased with the first that we purchased its "cousin", another couch that had horses instead of bears/moose on it. Same on-time delivery, beefy packaging and high quality product. Would recommend these to anyone.

This pattern is beautiful! I got the love seat last year and had to set money aside to complete my living room. I ordered the sofa on July 11th and it finally arrived yesterday (October 6th). Felt like it would never come but finally it is here! I love it! Today is a rainy Saturday so I plan to finish my cleaning early and then stretch out on my comfy couch and watch some movies!5 stars for both the sofa and the delivery guys. . . But if you ate in any kind of hurry I would look elsewhere.

It arrived a little over six months ago and already having trouble. Very frustrating since it has gotten very little use. I live alone and was away most of this period of time. More than half of the time I sit in my recliner. The back of the couch foam has sunken in at two of the three sections. The center seat cushion has already frayed, which is a big problem due to the design. Ironically, I usually sit on the right or left side. They're not replacing it and I don't have the option to purchase a replacement.

First off, the couch is much larger in life than what it appears in the picture...thats not a problem for me. I'm very appreciative of this fact as I'm a big guy. Second, the couch is VERY WELL MADE. It is also very heavy. The foam cushions are firm but very comfortable. The deer tapestry fabric appears to be very strong and durable. I'm very hopeful that its beauty will last for a long time. In all appearances, this is top-shelf piece of furniture. I'm very proud to own and show it off. This was a great buy!

The design is wonderful and I love the suedelike microfiber and large nailhead trim. My one complaint is the tapestry fabric is a bit loose, not tightly woven. I bought the matching chair as well as the couch and it arrived with several threads already pulled near where the back of the knees would hit. However, the manufacturer was great about it and sent a new cushion cover so I have a spare.

We received this couch on a timely basis however the couch was damaged in transit. We had no problem in getting a replacement. They were professional , and very kind people to deal with in the return process and communication was great! We now have a beautiful sofa to enjoy. We actually have two of the styles and hold up great and are very comfortable. Going on 4 months now for the first sofa and so far so good! I would highly recommend!

Purchased the entire set for my home in the woods. Had treated once I purchased and it is resiliant of spots. But the deating area started coming apart very fast as you can see from the photos. Love ths couch and the look just wish the material was a little more durabale. Disapointed in buying a throw away couch.

We love our new coach and love seat. They are excellent value . The staff at every step from ordering to setup in our home were great.
