New old stock. Version from 1999 with out dated prices. Amazon only gives you 2-4 hours to return, even if it's a gift. Otherwise you have to ship it back and only have the option of an exchange.

Everything you need to know!
This book is a must for Pez collectors! I have a huge collection myself, and I still found some that I don't have. It even helped me find the value of my collections, and now I know how much I should be paying when I go searching for Pez. It also includes informative facts and history on these crazy little dispensers.
