Satin Ice Fondant, Orange, 5 Pound

I love that I could buy fondant already tinted black. I had to make a gothic cake and needed this for silicone molds. I don’t like the taste of fondant and this tasted as expected. And so easy that it didn’t dry out while I was using. It came in a plastic bag and I just popped the lid back on.

This is the BEST fondant and only fondant I will use! It is easy to work with, doesn't tear when rolled thin and it tastes amazing! I love how it comes packaged wrapped tight in a blue wrapper within the white tub! This keeps it soft and easy to work with even after being stored between using it.

Background info: I had a party going on and my mom and I were browsing amazon on the necessities, we stumbled across this.Packaging: First off I want to speak about the packaging that came. When I opened the box I found my item, 10/10, and the actual fondant was wrapped inside this blue plastic covering TIGHTLY. I did not have to worry about anything being hard, instead it turned out to be very soft.Actual product: This was super great and wasn't hard to roll at all, as I said mine was soft. Overall I got to use these to my advantage and covered a cake + making decorations. I still had a lot leftover inside my pantry :) I recommend buying from this brand from a newbie but it was fun and I got to have laughs with my family too.

I never think about buying another brand, this is MY OWN wedding cake where I used this fondant on styrofoam! I never have a problem with this brand, just go for it if you need it!

I use fondant all the time and this one was a complete pain. Even though this fondant was not supposed to expire until 2024..... it was very difficult to work with and kept cracking. I added some corn syrup (just a little) to it to try to make it more pliable, but it still cracked... such a disappointment. I wonder if there was a hole in the bag or something that was letting air in.... Not normally my experience.

I couldn’t get past the artificial taste. The fondant wasn’t that easy to work with either. I think I will just make my own.

I used the fondant for my son’s birthday cake and it worked so well, easy to use and best of all, it’s delicious!

The item arrived ahead of its due date. The packaging was awful, it had the blow up plastic packing which had obviously burst due to the rough handling and it being a heavy bulky item. Box had gapped and i could see the item inside, once opened the packing had burst and the lid was off the item. This was sugar paste so luckily the bag around the sugar paste was still tightly bound but if it hadn't been this would have been no good. I would have considered sending it back if i hadn't been really desperate for it.

Unfortunately this item came with the lid off and the packet was open. The seal had not been broken either. Unfortunately this item says it is not eligible for a refund. I can not possibly chance putting it on a customer cake plus it has dried out from being open
