It does fit 2011 Civic.
Installed this wheel on a Honda Civic. 2011 Civic LX. Perfect fit. I compared the dimensions and found they were the same as the OEM. It's on the car and running fine. There seemed to be some confusion on the site whether it would fit or not. It does fit this model and year.

Great but not 100 percent identical to the OEM steel wheels. Wheel cover (hubcap) trimming needed.
Good aftermarket replacement but if you have the plastic silver-colored hubcaps for an 8th Gen Civic Sedan (held onto the wheel by the 5 lug nuts), these OEM wheel covers/hubcaps may not be able to be installed without some trimming. There are a couple pieces of plastic on the inside of the wheel covers that fit down into the deeper part of the rim near the outside, where the circles are on the steel rim. To remedy, I trimmed this plastic on the inside of the wheel cover with sheers/scissors because this aftermarket steel wheel 939-106 is a little different than the OEM steel wheels. The plastic pieces to trim resemble the shape of a guitar pic. After trimming, the wheel covers installed nicely, and the 5 lugs hold the wheel cover onto the wheel with no issues. Sorry for no photos.
