Nature's Earthly Choice Riced Cauliflower, 8.5oz Pouch, Pack of 6

Admittedly I don’t have experience with other cauliflower rice brands but I’m a big fan of this stuff. Good flavor, perfect for keto diet. One bag can easily accompany two meals for me and it’s even easier to prepare than rice.

Quick and easy rice substitute

it tasted like stale sauerkraut. It left a pungent aftertaste as well. i tried 3 out of the 6 thinking I might have gotten a bad one, but all three were the same. the "best by" day was still a year off. I went back to ricing fresh Cauliflower.

I love this riced cauliflower. I would have given it 5 stars but the cost is soo high. I found it at Costco for half the price. It really is simple to make and delicious.

Quick, easy, simple cauliflower rice. Ready to eat. Easier than the dehydrated stuff and just a little bit chunkier as well. Seems to be made mostly from stems.

Acidic flavor was weird, didn’t taste like fresh cauliflower at all - almost sourkraut like, and there was this weird musty preserved smell that I could not hide with sauces.I wasn’t expecting much - it’s exactly what it claims to be. Good value too. The acidic taste just just not what I’m looking for in a rice substitute.

Delicious!!! I used it as a base for sauteed shrimp and fresh peapods.

My husband is doing keto, so these are perfect for him to use rather than rice. These are delicious when seasoned up (taco seasonings, etc.)
