Good price for an effective laptop. Easy to upgrade. I used the i5 version to create I think over 50 books and publish them on Amazon KDP. I will say however, that I was unaware that there was a version of this machine that did not have a backlit keyboard, until I got this one, but that can be replaced as well.

I've never bought a refurbished laptop so i was iffy but this had the specs I was looking for in a great price point. I've had the laptop for almost 4 months now and it works great! Battery life is decent- not worse or better than most laptops. I do wish the camera quality was better but it is a 2016 model. But it's not a deal breaker for me. We all know cameras on electronics have gotten way better within the last 6 years. The charger that came with the laptop was not the original charger. The charger fried while it was plugged into my husband's computer. Not sure what caused it but I can't say it was a good quality charger. Definitely an after market. Luckily it didnt damage his laptop or catch the house on fire. Otherwise, I've never had any issues with the laptop. The shipping came directly from the seller and I received the laptop within 24 hrs of purchase. I would buy from this seller again. Just be careful of the charger.

Second one I’ve bought and both have been well worth the price and both still work fine.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this laptop for someone. They received it but they are in a different country with no way to get it back to me without it costing an arm and a leg. I'm VERY disappointed as this was purchased as a 'refurbished excellent condition' laptop. It will not stay on when unplugged because the battery is no good. It also had dust or debris on it and looked dirty. The whole thing should just be trashed - I would like to get a refund or a sensible solution to resolve this problem.

This laptop is so good that I'm almost afraid to write a review. It is excellent. It's fast and if it hadn't been listed as renewed you would think it was brand new. Not a mark or a blemish. Everything is as stated in the listing and even better than listed. It shipped fast and was packaged perfectly. The only thing I have not figured out is how to turn on the backlit keyboard. I'm very impressed with this company and their product.

Needed a Windows laptop that was fast, had an SSD drive, and in good condition. I had used a similar laptop at work, and was familiar with features and capabilities. I was concerned about the quality of any refurbished laptop, but this one was better than expected. A few minor scratches on the logo on the cover, otherwise without blemish. Other features, including screen, keyboard, and ports, are all in great shape.Machine should do what I need with the operating system that is loaded - plenty of room for other programs and files. Very satisfied.

I have only been using for a couple of days, so my review may be premature, but I don't think so. This laptop is lightning fast, has great features, loaded some software and the download was was incredibly fast. The laptop looks brand new not a mark on it. Lighted keyboard is a plus, great screen quality, and the price was incredible for what you get. Need I say more, if you looking for a fast machine for a fraction of the price, this is for you.
