Thunder Group 18 Inch Wooden Spoon, White

If you use deeper than normal pots (think stock pots), this spoon is long enough to work well without getting your fingers in the soup.

Wood was very dry as others have observed so I oiled it right away with some olive oil and the wood just drank it right up and that improved the texture immensely. It's nice and sturdy - much sturdier than I thought it would be from the pictures, and worked perfectly to stir my 20 quart batch of beef-heavy tomato beef soup with lots of yummy veggies. Very pleased with this purchase.

This spoon is a little bit smaller than I had imagined, that was my error, but it's still a large spoon, It works well, and serves the purpose. If you purchase one, i would highly recommend seasoning it with some food safe oil to prevent cracking.Fast shipping, good quality, good price.

Good quality, good length. The only thing I would like to have the handle to be wider or thicker to be easier to stirr in bigger taller pots.

It arrived in good condition, the quality of the wood is ok, surface is a little rough, and it was very dry when it arrived, so I needed to apply a generous amount of wood oil to the surface. But otherwise it is a nice spoon, large, will get a lot of use in my kitchen.

Bought these for my son’s wedding to make tea in large serving containers. They worked so good that they somehow “disappeared” before the end of the night. Others must have enjoyed them too. Lol
