Broke almost immediately
Received this and squeezed it 3-5 times with water in it and it broke in the middle of it.

Ok but no instructions
Hand bulb is what I expected, but being a medical item I would have thought there would have been instructions on how to use. No instruction supplied, a serious error in my opinion on something you use in your ears.
