How many ml can each cup hold?

Not exactly sure, since that would require me to actually measure. But i could tell it holds a very good amount. I have very heavy periods and i have no issues overnight. Hope that helps

How firm is this cup? I like a firmer cup or even average firmness,but don't want to spend tons of money.

Their not super hard but not flimsy they work really well

They are equal in firmness, which is actually not that firm. They are very comfortable to wear, unlike a lot of the expensive ones I've bought.
