First, I just want to comment on someone else's review: They said they were unhappy with the way the rounds feed and jam during the cycle. That person does not know what they are doing and is in serious need of education. The "dumbie" rounds are meant to simulate a bad feed, jams, misfire, and any issue you could have with the firearm during use. "TRAINING" rounds. Slip some of these in with your live rounds at the shooting range so you can practice real life situations when your butt isn't on the line. They perform EXACTLY as they should! The rounds allow me to practice getting my weapon back into action which accelerates my performance. All things a competent shooter needs to be familiar with and comfortable doing without thought. The safety of my family and those that need to be protected are better for it.

Snap caps prevent damage to firearm components especially 1911 handguns. When dry firing in repair or building hammer fired handguns. The snap cap absorbs energy from the firing pin and hammer strike. To prevent damage to firing pin its always a good rule to use snap caps or a fired shell casing but snap caps are the best choice especially for action cyclyng

Nothing beats A-Zoom! I still have some of these that I've used for more than a decade - extremely durable and long-lasting. Perfect fit and function.

Just got the A-ZOOM 45 AUTO SNAP Caps today. Used my Hilljak 1911 Magazine Speed Loader and they both worked on my Springfield Armory .45acp mags. Have to manually rack the slide to cycle through the mag and there was no problems.

Firstly, snap caps for center fire are not necessary for dry fire practice, but are useful for reloading drills, whether for semi-auto magazines themselves, slide racking / round clearing practice of semi-auto's, speed loader practice with DA revolvers, or cylinder loading practice with SA revolvers. The 45ACP SA (Single Action, cowboy style) revolver is unique in that a 45ACP semi-auto's magazine can be used to more conveniently and quickly reload. These Snap-Caps are pricey, likely due to the relatively small market volume, but useful for such reloading drills.

Love them

I like the product overall. Fairly cheap and expensive. However 3 out of 10 training rounds don't feed and eject properly. Also all 10 rounds are shorter than a live .45 round. But they are cheap and most of them work.

They worked good, got them fast

good for practicing draw gun and change mag.

Missing centers... for a product 50+ dollars you would think it would be better... I am very disappointed
