The lid has a crack
I am exited to recieve the processor but the lid has a crack in to it

JAR leak from 1st day onwards and company will provide warranty for this.
I have used this product for 1 year and I am writing this review. This is very chep product that big jar is getting leak from 1st day onwards. Customer care person will come home and tighten the screw of jar and it will work of another 1 or 2 months. This continues every 1 or 2 months. They will not replace the jars and we cannot buy jars from outside. Outside jars wont suit for food processor. I felt preethi zodiac is much better than this product which deliver quality product with less cost than this.
