Professional BISC02 Ice Cream Sandwich Silicone Mold

These molds are exactly what I needed. They work perfectly, and are easy to clean. Unfortunately, they are WAY more expensive than most other molds. I only got these because no other molds would get the shape and size I needed.

I finally decided to purchase multiple different shapes of Silkomart silicone molds. Baking and cleaning is so much easier with all the forms. I am posting some photos of mini cauliflower pizzas I baked first in the mold and then added the pizza toppings for the oven bake. I store the baked parts in the fridge outside of the mold which works very well. I am super impressed with this product. EASY to clean by hand as one can pop out for molds into opposite direction , inside out, which makes cleaning very easy.

Silikomart never disappoint I love every mold I've purchased if you guys ever read these reviews I'd like to request that you put the wafers that fit the cream sandwich molds together in the ad so the buyer may have the option to purchase along side if need be. There's a mold I've had my eye on but where would I buy the wafers for it Jellybean has been my supplier for the molds I have now and they are delicious but I would like to expand offer my patrons variety,..... just a thought.😉👍👍

I used these to take my own ice cream mix and freeze them in disks for ice cream sandwiches. Pop out easily for quick assembly. Pretty sturdy. Haven't baked in them yet, but see them being nice for mini slider buns.
