Great replacement, no flickers
This is a great light bulb. Removing the ballast on my lights was easy. Now I have LED lights instead of fluorescent. These are brighter than the old bulbs and really light up my kitchen. Two things though: First, the bulb is a tiny bit bigger than the old bulb so it took a little bit of effort to put the bulb into the fixture. Second, I have five fixtures and these come in packs of four. I just ordered another pack which will leave me with three spare bulbs. Since these should last somewhere between 15 and 20 years, I am not sure what I am going to do with these extra bulbs.

Work great in my old reel type trouble lights
I have 2 old Craftsman reel type trouble lights that I have hanging from my garage ceiling that use all the time. Decided to replace the florescent bulbs with LED. Bulbs were shipped quickly and arrived in perfect shape having been packaged well in hard cardboard tubes. My lights have a starter switch so I had to figure out how to bypass the switch (difficult wiring) and I also had to removed the ballast (easy). They provide instructions which basically show to run the white wires together and connect to one end of the light tube and the black (hot) wires connect together and run to the other end of the tube. Working in a small space so had to use crimp connectors and heat shrink tubing but got it all back together and working fine.Note that since these LED bulbs only illuminate on one side of the bulb, it makes a difference how the bulb is oriented in the lens housing so thankfully these bulbs are made so that you can rotate both ends of the bulb to line up the side of the bulb that shines so that it shines outward. Mine were about 90 degrees off but there was enough adjustment to rotate the bulb. The ends of the bulb sort of "ratchet" or "click" as you rotate them to make a positive stop. They might be a tad brighter than my florescent bulbs but they will be much sturdier and I shouldn't ever have to replace the bulb again.

They work great
The hardest part was deciding how to rewire the starters base because I disposed of them along with the ballast in an old bathroom vanity.

Not a replacement bulb with out rewiring fixture.
After installing this bulb, it flickered like a disco light. After contact with seller, they informed me I would have to rewire my fixture and remove the ballast. This bulb was sold as a replacement bulb. No information about rewiring etc. I'm not an electrician so going to pursue refund. Will update on refund status later. **UPDATE: After requesting a refund the company did provide a full refund. Very happy with the service. I believe the bulb to be a good product but was not right for my fixture. Again, I think the description should be corrected so people know it's not a simple replacement but some rewiring is needed if not already done to allow an LED to work. Thanks.

Very pleased so far.
Easy to install - popped right in. Very bright light - much more so than the fluorescent bulbs we had. Don't know about the longevity since we just got them, but the other LED bulbs we have in other lamps have lasted for years.

Strobe light
I have just a few non led fixtures left in my house. Wanted to update a working FT15T8 fluorescent bulb found this and ordered one. First one arrived almost 2 weeks past original eta, and had a slow flicker to it. Ordered a replacement it also arrived about 2 weeks late, and is a strobe light. Pretty sad, not only did I have to wait an extended period but also received a defective product both times.

Bright, easy, required slight modifications to work
I replaced my florescent tube light with this LED, and I love it.Lovely, bright, natural looking light.I believe it made my fish more happy. ♥️My old Light tube had a blast that had to be unplugged. I was already familiar with florescent light systems, and it only took me about 3 minutes to make the changes. The short summary is that you want nothing plugged in inside the lighting housing except (1) your LED light and (2) the light switch. Any other electrical components need to be unplugged. The LID light itself appears to be unidirectional.

Very fickle lamp, does not turn on consitently, sometimes turns off or flickers
Bought this to replace the buzzing fluorescent lamp in my kitchen range hood (fairly modern hood, ~2015). This bulb doesn't consistently light when I turn it on, flickers from time to time and has randomly decided not to work. I have another dual end 18" LED that I use in my bathroom and tested it on my hood to see if it was a connection issue and it's clearly a fault in the bulb design. When it works, it's great. It's very bright and I prefer it to the other bulb when it works. I'd estimate about 1/10 times I turn it on it fails. Judging by the other reviews, it's likely I got a bad bulb. I'd suggest looking around more before settling on this.
