Great laces so far.
These are GREAT!! However, when threading them through shoe loops/holes,don't tighten them down. Feed it through the bottom and match the ends. Somewhat firmly, feed it through and adjust till the ends are the same. Put your feet in and adjust while having one foot on a chair. Put your foot down and adjust accordingly. Remember, our feet swell slightly by the end of the day. Too tight and you'll have pinching and red marks on the top. Too loose, and the shoes won't fit right. Slip the clamp on, one lace end at a time. Pull it down enough to feel comfortable, but allow some expansion. Pull both ends toward the bottom of the front of the shoe. Cut about an 1" from there. Tuck ends around ankles. These do not come with zipper clamps at the end which would've had them even better. Burn the ends of the cut laces with a lighter. On the one air I have this one, I haven't had to adjust or retie since I got them 3 weeks ago. IMO, would be great for elderly and those with limited mobility issues.

You get what you pay for!
I have bought many sets of this type of stretch laces, but would never buy these again. First off, they’re not long enough. Normally, this type of laces are very long and need to be trimmed to fit. These laces were short and just about made it through the eyelets in my shoes.....and I only wear a size 6. The locking mechanisms were white and didn’t match the laces. They also did not come with the plastic pieces that usually go on the ends of the laces. Every other pair of stretch laces I have has come with these little plastic end caps. I had to tie knots to keep them from slipping through the locks, and that made the laces even shorter so that they were not adjustable at all. I bought this pair solely for the teal color, but wish I hadn’t. They have already been replaced with Lock Laces (the best brand) and disposed of. Useless waste of money.

They work---really well
I've used these for years, and stick to the same company because they have never failed to deliver a perfect product. What could go wrong with elastic laces? you may ask. Plenty. Most of them work ok, not all are as durable, some lose their elasticity, some have less than great cinches. Most are "OK to Very Good". These are perfect. I have used them for gifts (never a complaint, many a convert), and for some 15 pair of my own shoes/boots, for walking, running, hiking, trail running, working, etc.

Size 11 Mens needs 34-38" lace. Read on
I got 30" laces for my. Below ankle shoes. Needs to be 34" or 38". I had to skip two spots to even make 30" doable. My shoes are 11.5 to be fair and they have a chart showing what you need with their "speed loops" which they sell separately. So for my low tops they say 38" which i fully agree with if you use all shoe holes. Anyway 4 stars for not having a more obvious sizing displayed on size choice, and the lace end cap plastic is not perfect. Otherwise seems very neat.

Never Need To Tie Your Shoes Again
My son likes to use these bungee laces on all his shoes, which owns a lot of pairs. Once he gets them tightened to where he likes them after a few runs, he doesn't have to mess with them ever again. I can get my foot in and out of my shoes quickly without loosening them. They go in like shoe laces and have a great tightening system. One pull and you are all set. I recommend giving them a try. Never going to tie my shoes again. My feet swell when running long distances and these allow my shoe to expand without having to stop and adjust the lacing during a run.

Fantastic - I love these!
LOVE THESE! I have a tactile issue where I become a little obsessive about things like lace tightness, sand in my shoes, turned socks, etc. and very often I have to get my shoes off in a hurry or else I get really anxious. I would untie and retie my sneakers a dozen times a day as they tightened or loosened. These fix it - ZIP the shoes are off, ZIP they are on and laced up again, and they are always comfortable. They have really been a lifesaver! This particular brand (I've tried others) are sturdy and well made, and are doing a great job. Plus - people ask about them, because they are cool!

A good, sturdy, easy to install speed lace.
I have used many types of speed laces, and these will now be the only ones I put in all my shoes. I like the simplicity of them versus some other brands. The lace itself is sturdy. The clasps are tough, and overall they are just a highly functional, easy to install lace. I also like that I can get them in plain black. I don't need a lace that draws attention to itself, some other brands don't have a plain black color! So as simple as that seems that's a selling point for me!

Great replacement for my Keen sandals.
Used as a replacement for my Keen sandals. I purchased the 26 in, but I should probably have gone with the 24 inch as they are a bit longer than the originals. Replacement on my Keens was easy--I only used the bungee string that came with this set and just reused all the old equipment on the sandals. I had to cut the plastic ends (down to about 1/4 of an inch) on the bungee string to fit the end caps on the Keen sandals nicely, but that was all the improvising that was needed. Out with the old, in with the new.
