Great Supplement
This supplement works very well, after my first bottle I noticed that my nails have become stronger. On the second bottle I noticed some improvement in volume loss that I have on my chin. Well worth the money.

Great Vegan Option for Collagen Support During Recovery
I’m vegan and have been using this to support my body’s natural collagen production while recovering from a tendon tear. I like that it uses plant‑based ingredients instead of animal collagen, and it fits perfectly into the rest of my recovery routine. It’s easy on the stomach and gives me the nutrients I’m looking for -- especially the amino acids and co‑factors that help my body rebuild tissue. I’ve noticed it pairs well with my protein and vitamin C, and it feels like a clean, supportive addition while I heal. Overall, it’s a solid vegan-friendly option if you’re looking to support collagen formation without using animal products.

Improved hair growth
As a vegan, this was the game changer for my thinning hair. Besides all the other supplements I take, adding this in about a year ago has proved to make a significant improvement in my female pattern hair loss. .

Overall good!
After about a month or so of using this, I started noticing my nails didn’t break or peel, unless they got really long. Love that it’s vegan, the only reason I took one star off is that they are hard to swallow. They’re large and kind of sticky, so I only take them when someone else is home in case I choke, lol.

Great product
Great product, better than a collagen powder in my opinion

Does no harm but not as effective for this senior
I stopped taking my bovine collagen peptides as they now upset my stomach since eating a pescatarian diet. I hoped these vegan collagen builder would replace but it’s not working for me. I learned there are marine collagen peptides and I believe this will work better for my senior skin and joints. I wish all the strict vegans/vegetarians well meeting their collagen needs. Nothing wrong with this product, just not as effective as I need.

It’s a migraine trigger for me 😫
I suffered with severe migraines for about 25 years. Once I was solidly into menopause, they went away — until I started taking this product. After less than a week of taking it, I had a major migraine, the first one I’d had in about a decade. I wondered if it was a coincidence, but I stopped taking this product for about three weeks. As of three days ago, I started taking it again to see if it was indeed responsible for the migraines and, as of today, I have come down with another migraine. I suppose on a certain level this might make sense. Collagen production and the loss thereof due to aging probably has something to do with hormones — and my migraines were very hormonally driven. If this product is designed to cause the body to begin producing collagen, then perhaps it is stimulating some kind of hormone activity that, at least in me, triggers migraines. I am most assuredly throwing the rest of this product in the trash and, if you have ever suffered with migraines that went away when you transitioned into menopause, I strongly caution you against trying this product.
