Hydrates well and tastes good
Finally found dried cabbage that is edible. The stem is hydrated enough to eat after boiling for half an hour or so. Very delicious but still has a little sand. Better to hydrate it and wash for a few times. Will buy again.

Lots of dead bugs ...
Even after extensive rinsing and soaking, there are still tons of tiny dead bugs that surfaced after cooking. AVOID this product.
