These are the best on the market.I think they are the most expensive but you get what you pay for.As long as you get the correct compression level and know the proper size then these are the socks that you want to get if you get swollen ankles and/or feet. They work quick.I recommend you get two sets if you have really bad swelling in both feet. One set to put on while the others are washing. You can wash them in the washer but I find if you dry them in the dryer instead of letting them self dry they work a lot better. I think that probably decreases the life but you buy them for comfort.Also, if you have really bad swelling they can be hard to get on. Put some foot lotion on before you put them on and they slide on pretty easy heh.

And my feet swell sometimes. My Doctor recomended this brand on Amazon. He suggested the compression numbers and style. He warned me of the sticker shock but assured me these socks would cost me at least $10 to $15 more at Walmart or elsewhere. He is also diabetic and has personal as well as professional experience with these support stockings. That sounds wierd so I'll just call them socks. He also advised me to buy two pair. That way I don't have to wash and dry the same pair if I need them for multiple days. He hit the nail on the head. These Jobst socks are the ticket. If my feet start to swell I put these on and they nip it in the bud. If you have a need for compression socks you won't go wrong with these. If you have to, just do what I did, close your eyes when you pay your credit card bill.

These socks caused my legs to itch badly every time I wore them! I washed them twice thinking it might help but no such luck!! Unfortunately, it was passed the 30 days for a return so I threw them away. I have never had a pair of socks do this to me before.

These sock are the best thing that happen to me. I would work long hours and have pain down my legs my knees and my feet would kill me during my shift ...but after I wore these bad boys I feel 100% so much better and the good part is i don't have to wear them 24/7 like some socks are required...big difference after standing for 8 to 10 a day....highly recommend for anyone who has pain with their legs, feet etc

These are very comfortable stocking, their compression value while not high, they are light weight enough so as to be comfortable to wear in a hot humid environment. I will be ordering more fairly soon.

I bought several pairs of JOBST men socks over time, in size "Medium". They always fit perfectly, and we were very happy. NOT this time! The box states "MEDIUM", but they are NOT! My husband can't pull the socks past the foot. VERY Disappointed!

My husband has worn these for years. With medical insurance no longer paying it was nice to find these at lower cost
