OK, first let me say, if you look at the pictures of the various people wearing these headphones you can clearly see the cord leads directly from the bottom of the ear to the "neck band". Mine do not, the way these fit, the "ergonomic" design, the cord lead straight up towards the top of my head, and that is the only way these fit in my ears, maybe, I am malformed in the ear department, have never had a problem with any other headphones other than these. Secondly, the volume is so low on this headset, I am a child of the 70s, I like my music LOUD, these do not do it, and i hate for someone to decide for me how loud I should listen to my music. It is my hearing not theirs. Anyhoo, I was replacing a pair of LG Bluetooth retractable headphones which were awesome, but finally gave up the ghost after 2 years, the model discontinued. For the reasons stated above, I hate wasting money on headphones without being able to try them before buying. I do not recommend these for anyone who likes LOUD music. Wish I had my money back, but I am afraid I have disposed of box.

Tends to have faulty ear buds that will eventually quit working. Had mine replaced a couple of times b4 just asking for a refund. Then the company came back at me saying the headset had already been replaced a month and half ago. Regardless, I told them to refund or replace and then got a return email saying to take a picture and send to them for refund. Was a small hassle.

I WISH THE WIRES THAT HOLD THE SPEAKER WAS THICKER THEY LOOK AND FEEL SO FRAGILE but overall they look good and perform good so far

These were great for everything I did. I just wished they would have lasted longer then they did.

Dad needed new headphones. These replaced his LGs. He said sound is just a little different but didn't say if good or bad. Hes happy and kept them.

We like it! Don’t love it. It’s hard to hear sometimes. But overall it works ok.

Got these w the Hope's of lasting a while.they did last about 6 weeks and wasnt bad while they lasted.
