**Q: Does it help you get into ketosis faster?**
A: The Fasting Drops are quite simply sodium, potassium, and magnesium - pure concentrated electrolytes. It doesn't have lab-created exogenous ketones that will unnaturally force your body into ketosis (the state of burning ketones for fuel) but if you are eating fewer than 20g of carbs a day your body will quickly go into ketosis on its own, for FREE. I've been doing Keto for 4 years and NEVER have seen a need for me to use ketone supplements. When you're doing fewer than 20g of carbs a day, or you are fasting; you will tend to get depleted electrolytes - that's what Fasting Drops are for: to make getting your electrolytes easier.

**Q: Can I put these drops in my bullet proof coffee?**
A: Absolutely. It works well in just about every beverage I've tried.
