Addicted [DVD + Digital]

The script was well written, acting believable and superb. The movie grabs your attention through to the very end. Anyone who watches this movie, will at some point recognize someone they knew or know. The ending of the movie is masterfully plotted, and maintains the viewer's attention. I have recommended the movie to people I know, and have gotten them interested in watching the video.

I like the movie, it shows how things that happened to you when you a child can affect your adult life. It was sad at the end & teaches us not to assume or label someone as an addict without understanding where they are coming from.

LOVE this movie. Great cast line up, great acting.. Sharon and Boris did their thing and so did the rest of the cast. I have not read the book though, but I did love the storyline. Sex addiction is real. Wow!

I remembered seeing the trailer for this and thinking, "Oooh, I wanna see that". No, I didn't read the book, and maybe I should have to better understand the characters. With that being said, I always enjoy a movie that deals with human emotions, relationships, and taboo subjects. This is one of those "If it were a man doing it.....", this behavior would be more acceptable. I think because it was a woman, who was a wife, a mother, and someone's daughter, people are more prone to judge. As for the actors and acting, no Oscar worthy performances. Definitely not a billion dollar budget movie. If you enjoy being a voyeur, this film is for you. I also recommend that couples, especially married ones, watch this movie together. Not to start arguments or become distrustful of your partner. But just to open that line of communication if something is lacking in the relationship. I did read other reviews before purchasing this movie. Although there were a lot of negative ones, I still wanted to form my own opinion. You know what they say about opinions.......

Though the moral compass of some of the characters in this movie is none existent, I'm ashamed to admit the eye candy in this film, makes it a real treat to watch. Despite the fact that there's a scene I really could have done without, I really like the film as a whole.

Take the movie "Unfaithful" and strip away its soul; "Addicted" is born. From an emotional standpoint, I felt nothing while watching this numbingly boring film. No intrigue, no compassion, no hope, no sorrow. However, when one of the three sex gods appeared on my screen I assure you, I felt EVerything but bored and I think the producers are flippin' GENIUSES. They had a totally lame been-done plot with a cheesy predictable outcome so they sat around smoking cigars asking, "how the bleep will we get anyone to PAY to see this soft core pity porn?" Answer: The Triple Take-Me-Now Threat. William, Boris, Tyson - I'll be seeing you again in about 20 minutes. Melatonin, take me away! I loved it, because of William Levy. I have been following his career for several years now, and very happy to see him break through to American films. All previous viewing for me has been with subtitles. William Levy has an appeal subtitles or not! This films story of a successful women going wrong because of past abuse worked because most women have confronted abuse against them. The female lead was impressive. Loved the shrink. The other gorgeous men in this film were just that gorgeous. To be honest, I only purchased this film because of William Levy. He is gorgeous, but he has the "it" going for him.

This movie is rubbish! Acting was pretty bad and the cast could've been picked better. I watched it with a friend because she said it was interesting and she wanted to see how good "unrated" was. I regret purchasing the movie not only because I didn't like it personally, but also because she said there was one (1) major difference as far as content went. I want a refund or credit for this. Please.
