Needed an extension phone
This phone fit my need perfectly. The size is a standard "desk Phone" and not a slimmed down one. The red color adds a pop to the other furnishings in the room. Now, when getting calls, I can head to the closest room in the house and pick up the calls. Get for an "unwired" house.

Definitely not a wall phone
Bought for the color and wall phone. Seller said that they just put a nail in the wall and hang it, but you can't use as a wall phone there is no way to keep the reciever from falling off. I returned it

Phone is nice cause I need red but cord too short
The cord was too short Then I order a longer cord that didn't fit when I decided to change I was out of time

Great Volume
Purchased for my 91 year old grandmother with hearing problems. She loves it! She hears every call and the sound is extremely good.

The phone cannot be hung on the wall
I was not happy with this phone but decided to keep it anyway. Quality is okay. No set up instructions came with phone and it cannot be wall mounted as advertised; the feature (hook) that allows you to hang it on the way is not included—the hand piece will not stay in the cradle and my original plan was to hang on the wall where my old phone existed.

Not user friendly.
There was no manual enclosed and the box stated there was one included. There is no online manual either. It's needed to use some of the functions that aren't self explanatory.
