Saved me from a 225 loss.
I used this for my Xbox Elite 2 Controller, after 2 and half years I had bad stick drift and then my RB button stopped working. It was super easy to send out and they were quick to refund me all my money with no questions asked. Highly recommend getting this if you make an expensive purchase like I did.

Really good customer service and stand by their protection plans
Since the last Apple Watch I bought cracked and then stopped working after water leaked inside, I felt it would be a good idea to get this 3 year protection program for my new watch. It really came in handy since I wasn't exactly pleased by the battery life and also lack of response from the new watch that I purchased. Once I submitted a claim, Asurion was great in their response and also honored the protection plan by attempting to fix the watch or send a credit, which they did the latter. I was able to purchase a new watch in its place and I also got another protection plan on it as well just in case!

Great Customer Service
When my headphones could not be repaired, Asurion send an Amazon gift card to refund the original purchase price. I'm glad we bought the extended warranty. They couldn't have been nicer when we called and filed the claim. It was easy to utilize our extended warranty. Thank you Asurion.

Money well spent!
Quality audio equipment simply does not have the reliability of decades ago.Happily in this throwaway society there are still a few companies doing repairs to save us money and keep machines out of the landfill.Do not recall ever getting this much good service for such a low price!

Great Customer Service & Quick Response
I purchased a set of Bose headphones 18 months ago and the right ear bud stopped working. I called ASURION and was sent a shipping label immediately following the call. The customer service agent was friendly and knowledgeable. I sent the ear buds same day and was advised within a day and a half that the ear buds were not fixable. I received my refund immediately. Overall, I had a wonderful experience using ASURION. A special shout out to the wonderful customer service agent.

Product Swap Issue with Asurion: Coverage Denied Due to Mismatching ID
I purchased Asurion insurance to protect my Sony earbuds, hoping for peace of mind over its 3-year coverage. Unfortunately, my experience has been anything but reassuring. After two years of use, my earbuds began to drain battery rapidly. Trusting in the protection plan, I filed a claim and sent them off to Asurion for repairs.To my dismay, the earbuds were returned with the original issue unresolved, and a new problem had emerged: the right earbud was completely malfunctioning. I refiled the claim, only to be told upon the second return that they wouldn't fix the product due to a mismatched serial number—a baffling scenario, as I had sent the earbuds directly to Asurion. This led me to believe that my original earbuds has been swapped during the first repair attempt. I was treated very disrespectfully by Asurion throughout this transaction, as if I am somebody who is trying to cheat on them by sending item I do not own.After several communications, Asurion agreed to accept the claim once more. However, the third return was no different—my earbuds came back with the same issues, allegedly with no problems found. Despite a heavy complaint and a promise from a representative for a refund if the issues persisted, I am now stuck in a loop of filing claims and sending back my earbuds for the fourth time, with little hope for the promised refund.This experience has been a nightmare, to say the least. The process has been time-consuming, frustrating, and fruitless. I am sharing my story as a warning to others who might consider this insurance for their devices. If my situation is not an anomaly but indicative of a pattern, then customers should be wary of the possibility that this service may not live up to its promises
