NRS Healthcare P andS Healthcare Men's Inco-Elite Washable Trunk with Built in Pad, Grey (Eligible for VAT Relief in The UK)

Mens incontinence boxer pants.
Only tried on but happy with material, are slightly more bulkier (padded) than expected, so hopefully will be alright for the intended reason if needed, recipient seems to be pleased at first impression. Maybe when washed will be less bulky.

Comfortable knitted cotton with full length pad
Probably the wrong trunks for me but may be great for others. The inner pad is stitched and runs from front to back going up to waist at both ends. I have ( hopefully temporary ) a prostate problem causing urine urges so don't need a pad going from front to back and cover my anus. However for many who might have slightly rectal oozing these are perfect. I can feel and am aware of the pad when sitting and when walking but it is not uncomfortable and it is a bit re-assuring to know that there is something there to protect me. There can be a slight rustling when pressing on the front of the groin from outside but not when I walk. They also work quite well as retainers if you need to use a disposable pad as well, which can be discarded when soaked leaving some protection in place until a safe return home. After real use today. Protection from leaking out to trousers was good, but the inside material stays wet and damp against skin. Probably best used with a disposable pad which can be thrown after use but you will still have some protection. Inner lining needs different material against skin.

Not for the abled body man.
I ordered these because like a lot of men (I think) I leak a little bit but although these pants look OK style wise they have a few faults. #1 they are not as absorbent as discribed. #2 There is so much padding in them that it makes one feel that you have had an accident of the worst possible kind just by putting them on๐ #3 Re the padding/fabric it makes your rear sweat so much even more moisture than the little leak in the first place. To conclude unless your incontinen I'd stick to normal mens underwear far cheaper and far more comfortable. How's that for a honest (in my opinion) review.

Very uncomftable
Padding too large.

Good absorbency, rather bulky
The insert can become twisted, so need to be careful when putting the pants on. Together it makes for a bulky and rather warm unit, but it does absorb a good amount of urine.

Do the job
Tad expensive. Do the job for my relative for whom I act as carer after he suffered a debilitating stroke. Importantly they give him the dignity of wearing boxers and the pad is reassuring for him should he have an accident. They wash up well, retaining their shape and absorbency. Again, importantly, they look like ordinary boxers albeit a little bit chunkier. Peace of mind for the wearer and retention of dignity being exceptionally important. Have reordered. Fast, efficient service.
