I got this walker for my mother. She is absolutely happy using it. It is sturdy and convenient to use.

This walker has to be used by supper Senior Citizen.It has following problems- 1.When in open condition the seat is very small and uncomfortable. The back rest is also not comfortable. 2.when closed He has always to put his hands on Brakes as it runs on 2 wheels which is inconvenient. With weak mental faculty he has the fear of skidding and falling. 3.We want to return it pl collect it at the earliest as we are going out of station. 4.For his present need he already has U Step 11 walker Thanks in anticipation

The seat is very badly designed and therefore unsafe and uncomfortable for the user. I wished to return the product but Amazon refused. Don't buy this product

Perdí el tiempo muchos años usando bastón, pero seguía teniendo una vida limitada. Pues me cansaba mucho. Pero con este carrito camino más rápido, corrijo mi marcha y me siento cuando tengo que descansar un ratito. Además esta padrisimo el color. Viene listo para estrenar. 🌺

As a younger person with a neurological condition, I needed something a bit lighter but also having a modern look to it. This was perfect for me. Lovely appearance. The seat is great if I need to have a quick rest. Really easy to navigate with it and sooo light to push. Also folds up much smaller than my existing 4 wheel walker which makes it much easier when going in the car. I love the extra storage mine came with too really handy having a lower one and a higher one. I went via amazon to get the vat back just had to fill out a form and email it over to amazon and they processed it straight away for me as a refund for the amount of the vat. It is rather pricey but I cant fault the quality etc and for me I'm really pleased with my purchase.

My Baba was using her late brother’s old and huge walker normally. Although, she couldn’t use it in some places in her apartment and when she went out because it was too heavy to lift into a car and too big to fit in some narrow spaces. She had hip pain and also balance issues. But pretty mobile with assistance. After two falls with a broken wrist and 14 stitches on her face, I decided to buy this. It happened to come in her favourite colour…dusty rose! She just got it and she cried tears of joy. She says she can even put it in the car herself, it is that light. She says it is very sturdy and loves the pouch and basket. It is easy to use and came assembled. She is excited to go see the Christmas lights this year at the big mall in town. Something she hasn’t done in 5 years. She is excited about a lot of things now. It gave her so much freedom and things to look forward to. After her last fall with her cane, she said she would not leave her apartment anymore. That people would just have to come to her. She even gave up her car. I’m just so happy for her and don’t have to worry as much living in a different province. All her friends are jealous of her pretty pink walker too. Thank you so much for this product! My Baba is pretty much a superhero and a saint and the best person I’ve ever known. She deserved to have joy this after the difficult life that she’s had. There was some issue with the company though. I ordered one three weeks ago and it never came even though it said 2 day shipping available. So I cancelled the order and ordered again. Still waiting on the original refund. Will update if there is a problem.

My wife finds this rollator to be an excellent compromise between robustness and ability to fold compactly. Lightweight enough that I can easily carry it up and down stairs, while my wife carefully makes her way by using both hands to hang onto the handrail. Compact and lightweight enough to store behind the front seats of a car, or in the trunk. The fit and finish are excellent, and spare parts are available to replace broken or worn-out pieces. We wish the wheels were larger, to allow smoother passage over rough surfaces, without getting caught or hung up on pavement defects.
