Very slow and doesn't always work

10 loud beeps supposedly indicate that the temperature has been taken, but it’s completely inaccurate & extremely annoying first thing in the morning. Even the instructions say to wait 3 minutes, after which I’m still not convinced it’s entirely accurate, regardless, why not just set the beeps to go off after 3 minutes?! And maybe not 10 of them? Trying to conceive is hard enough thanks.

Small, comfy to do vaginal BBT, beep just loud enough to hear. The battery was nearly flat when I received it, but I've been using it daily for a few months, and it's only gone down a bit, so not overly concerned.

I'm really disappointed in this product. Used a handful of times and it no longer works. Can't get hold of the company either to discuss the problem. Such a waste of money!

Good quality thermometer by a trusted German brand. However what really annoyed me is that the packaging and pictures here on Amazon suggest that this product comes with premium access to the Ovy app, which it doesn't. The basic version of the app is free, however that version is completely useless if you want to use it for fertility tracking because in that mode you can only track your temperature, not other crucial factors like cervical mucus. It is really disappointing because it seems they were deliberately vague in their product description and references to the Ovy app to make people buy the product. I contacted their customer service about it and they were also not helpful at all, instead they replied with a condescending response suggesting it was my fault. This thermometer is no better in its use together with that app than any other cheap basal thermometer!

Product advertising and packaging is misleading. Thermometer does not sync with the app and data has to be entered manually. Also it is only the basic free app, I thought they were providing access to the full app. The reading time for the thermometer says it is 3 minutes, it is definitely a lot longer than that, well over 5 minutes for the first reading. It says it has automatic storage of the last measured value, which is completely inaccurate every time and displays the wrong previous temperature. Only just received but seems to be working fine so far. But false advertising.

Needed it for potential illness. Other thermometers are SO expensive... It takes a while occasionally, to get a reading though.

Ich habe mich für dieses Thermometer entschieden, da mit das original ovy Thermometer zu teurer war. Zudem gefällt mir die kleinere Größe besser. Lieferung war schnell und Verpackung ordentlich mit genauer Bedienungsanleitung. Die 1. Batterie ist ebenfalls enthalten. Der einzelne, leise Pipton nach 3 Minuten Messung ist angenehm und stört nicht. Es funktioniert super und überträgt die Temperatur nach öffnen der App sofort an mein Huawei P30. Bisher hat es nur 2x nicht sofort geklappt. Aber das ist dadurch, dass es die temaratur speichert kein Problem. Ich denke das liegt dann eher an der App, da diese Probleme auch bei dem ovy Thermometer auftreten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde es wieder kaufen. Dazu muss ich aber betonen, dass ich es auch aufgrund der Speicherfunktion super finde. Die Ovy App überzeugt im 1. Zyklus noch nicht, da diese den Eisprung zu früh angab sowie die anschließende "sichere" Zeit ohne meine Werte überhaupt nach NFP auszuwerten... Zur Verhütung sollte man sich also wirklich mit NFP vertraut machen und nicht nur auf die App vertrauen! Einziger Nachteil: Kein aufladbarer Akku, sondern zu wechselnde 2032 Batterien. Laut Gebrauchsanweisung hält diese für bis zu 160 Messungen.
