The product is everything the description says it would be. I bought this to put inside my cats portable carrier so that she has a bed inside. It works well for what I need it to, it’s not hard to clean, it’s soft, and my cat loves it. Although, it is very flimsy and not as padded as I had wished it was. It almost is too thin to where i can still feel our cold hardwood through the fabric.

The page contains multiple products, so scan the reviews for the product that you bought.I bought 2 of these products, so I have to combine my reviews.Cat Cave:Mostly what other reviewers have said, it looks like the picture, it's not particularly stable, and you have to put a bottom in it to keep it open.I would like to add, however, that you should avoid putting the bottom mat in the washing machine. If you do, the internal foam will bunch up into a ball that's basically a 3D puzzle that you have to untangle without being able to see it.Mat/bed:It's surprisingly soft and cushy for a fabric pouch that's 1/4 covered in LONG "hair" strands. It's even softer than some of the padded products that I've purchased for my kitten.However, 1 of the 2 buttons came more than 1/2 way off before it was even used!It would be 2.5 stars for quality, except that it washes and fluffs well, there's no internal mat to bunch up when washing (which I greatly appreciate), and it's versatile.So, 4 stars

I have a 2 yr old cat. I bought this because she liked to curl up on my heating pad after I had used it and it was still warm. I buttoned one end so that it is like a lounger. It is mostly on our bed and I catch her in it frequently. She did not like to be brushed. But since she has med-long fur, it is necessary. I caught her once in it & brushed her head gently. Now she runs down the hall ahead of me, jumps up on the bed & into her lounger begging to be brushed with my hair brush-now hers. All girls like to brush their hair in the morning! We are slowly being allowed to brush more of her. :-) Back, sides, tail, occasionally chin & chest!

I have a small dog and I was worried about her being cold. I should have saved my money. My dog wont use it. She is picky though. I actually anticipated this but I thought there was a small chance she would love it. She now has a big fluffy bed with plush sheets for wintertime (that she actually likes) so I no longer worry about her.My other dog will use it but I just know he will chew it to shreds. He prefers to be cooler when he sleeps anyway. I think I will give this to my sister’s cats. Hopefully they will actually use it.

As far as comfort and warmth, it’s a great mat and my puppy likes it a lot. But within weeks 2 of the loops that allow you to fold the mat into a bed broke. They weren’t chewed on, they just popped loose, and my puppy only weighed 2lbs at the time so she shouldn't have been too big or too heavy.

My parents 13 yr old kitty charlie loves his new self warming bed and blanket he has always been a snuggler and burrowing into your lap or a snuggly blanket..he usually doesn't sleep in a cat bed in the past lol so my guess is that he hadn't had the purrrfect kitty bed yet until now!Being a senior kitty he has trouble keeping warm more than when he was a young kitty so when I saw this I just had to give it a try! And as you can see in the pictures he loves it! Got the self warming blanket as well.

Overall the product is good. Genius idea, just “good” execution. Could be an awesome product with just a few very simple tweaks, like adding a button to all 4 sides instead of 2. And giving more structural integrity to the different forms, as they can be a bit floppy. Even with the smallest bed, which is the one I have. Over all I am happy with my purchase 4 stars!

Love the concept of this convertible bed. It's just not as sturdy as I had hoped. My 3 lb puppy can collapse the side of it with ease.

I have this bed inside a soft-sided dog hidey and he loves it so much. Also he has gotten sick since getting this and the poor thing made a mess on this bed, and it came super clean in a jiffy, I was really impressed with how easy it was to clean! A+++

Not really what is shown in the pictures, it does fold up similarly to the pictures but nothing actually close to what it shows. Not what I was expecting, it’s a cute bed if it’s flat and open on the ground but that’s about it. Not overly impressed with it, wouldn’t recommend.

This bed was shedding before we even took it out of the packaging. Also, the sides do not stand up like in the ads and videos. Its quite floppy and flimsy. Contacted FurHaven and havenbreceived a response.Quite disappointed.

very small and when folded into basket style, my pets end up flattening it.
