Super great value for such a high-quality jacket
I found this jacket for my 19-year-old son for Christmas on sale. He and his father ride motorcycles off road where there is a lot of gravel and they need protection from rocks, bumblebees, and dirt. This jacket was priced really well, it has really high reviews, I went back and ordered one for my other son and for my husband! They all opened them for Christmas, I was able to get the proper sizes and colors! They definitely fit as expected. All three men tried them on and said they fit perfectly, loved the armor accents for support and protection. Great brand, great product!

Style, Quality & Fairly Priced
Looks good, fits well and made to last. Lots of places to put stuff. Waterproof with air vents for those hot days. Zip out lining makes this an all-season jacket. Padding is well placed. The spine pad did make my husband look like Quasimodo because it curled up in the package. We set it out in the sun and it flattened out. Recommended!

Ordered one in the same size as my normal shirts (L) and it's very big.
Was looking forward to a cold weather riding jacket, but unlike the other reviews finding it too warm, mine isn't warm below 60 degrees without several layers under it. Quite loose around my belly and everywhere except waist and wrists and no adjustment range on the side Velcro adjusters. The shoulder armor is rotated instead of being inline with the seam, so it feels off, but tolerable. Fit wise, 3 stars. Quality, 4 stars (for china.) Not a bad price, but not warm enough on it's own and a nice design other than the brand name being oddly placed and a terrible font.

Best riding gear for the money
Is they're probably better riding gear out there for the money. I would say no! Is there probably better riding gear out there if you're willing to pay a great deal more money? I'm sure there is! This riding gear is made in Pakistan and I am including that information because most people want to know nowadays where it was made. I just finished a 2600 Mi ride on my FJR 1300 motorcycle coming back from the West Coast with this jacket on along with the pants that match this jacket and are of the same make. Both I found to be outstanding. The large Pockets allowed me to put anything and everything that I needed in them with plenty of room to boot. The jacket held up in below freezing temperatures over the mountains while it was snowing and Ice was on the road. Yes I was layered below this jacket and I would recommend buying and using this jacket for temperatures that are spring or fall like. The jacket is not too rigid and moves freely enough to be comfortable for long rides. I did 600 miles a day roughly on my way back and was thoroughly pleased with this riding gear. I don't see how you could go wrong with this jacket for this price to me it's an outstanding value.

Great value for the money
Pros:Great entry level jacket, it seems well constructed and pads seem in the correct places for me. I am 6'4", slim build and would have preferred a Large Tall instead of an extra large. It is a little bulky, but once you get it on and adjusted it works very well. The only reason for 4 stars on water resistance is because I have only ridden in the rain for a few minutes, it did fine, but I had the vents open. I will come back to this later. The zipper on the back works with my pants which are a different brand, would have gone with the Hawk brand, but need a Medium tall, so after some serious searching I found what I needed. It is comfortable and I think a great value for the money.Cons:Not enough ventilation for South Texas summers, you will need a mess type for summer.Sleeves could be an inch or 2 longer for me.The strap on the neck needs to be longer, other than that, all good.I would definitely buy again.

NOT waterproof
I loved this coat... until I got caught in the rain. It would have 5 stars from me if the zippers were sealed. The air vents(boldly and reflectively labeled as such) only suck in the rain through the zipper with the zipper closed. My pants i bought of a different brand kept me completely dry due to their sealed air vent zippers.

Excellent
I purchased my 1st one of these jackets a few years ago when HWK was just getting started. I now have 3 of them for myself & have purchased others for my wife & son. These are really top-quality jackets at a great price. Adequate length sleeves for riding, gussetted shoulders for comfort, plenty of zipped-vents, excellent waterproofing, Cordura fabric, zip-out, quilted liner... The only thing I would improve on is a velcro, fold-over flap that goes across your throat. This flaps in the wind if you don't have it fastened down. HWK should add a square of velcro where you could anchor this flap down if you don't have the jacket zipped up all the way.
