I had read the lower reviews, and was nervous, because Moen is pricey. And I do agree that the squirt going straight down can be a little harder to plan for. But I love the ability of this guy to dispense a little or a lot depending on how far you push, and for being consistent. I also agree that the parts could be slightly better quality for Moen (we expect them to be the best) but this was easy to install (I did it alone, and would not recommend that, unless you tape the top part down to hold it while you're under the sink), and assuming you don't over-tighten the plastic bottle (rookie mistake, which my builder did on the one I was replacing), this should serve well for a long time!(How's that for a run-on sentence? My English teacher is shuddering somewhere!)

I originally bought and installed a faucet without a soap dispenser. Then after about a year I decided that I probably should have, so I tried to go to a local store and just buy one. Well... apparently, at least in my area, you can only buy them as a combo with the Faucet. I then went home and went on Amazon and very quickly found this one. It shipped and arrived quickly. I only have three minor complaints. First the instructions didn't seem to tell you the recommend hole size to drill nor gave you a template or anything to ensure you have everything lined up. Second, if you don't use the dispenser in a few days, you have to pump it several times before anything comes out. Not sure if that's just mine or a common thing. And lastly this dispenser shoots the soap directly downward, instead of on an angle like others I've used at other peoples homes. So basically if you don't know this ahead of time you may mount it too far back and the soap hits the side of the sink or worse the counter top. I was able to install this a good distance into the sink so I'm fine with the downward squirt.Other than that it looks great matching the existing faucet perfectly.

Got this to replace my Kohler K-1894 soap dispenser after it stopped working due to some kind of impossible clog inside the dispenser head. All the below the counter parts are exactly the same, so now I've got spares in case any of them break. (Which confirms that the  Kohler replacement straw assembly  will work if needed.)The Moen stainless steel finish perfectly matches my Kohler faucet. It installed easily in 5 minutes with no tools. The dispenser spout is long enough to go over the edge of the sink by an inch or so, meaning I can squirt dish soap directly into a dish. It dispenses as much or as little soap as I want with a gentle press. (You get plenty of soap if you press it halfway down, but if you need more, push a little further.) It's cheaper than the Kohler, too. And it comes with a lifetime warranty. Really glad I made the switch. This should be much better.

I got this to install in place of a dishwasher vent that I no longer needed, so I already had a 1.5 inch hole in the granite top.Like all reviewers said, it installs easily, no tools needed. in minutes. The interesting bit was comparing it to my other, pre-existing, cheapo soap dispenser. The quality difference really is night and day.This came with a gasket that sits between the dispenser and the granite and makes sure liquids and soap do not seap through. The weight and metal used for this dispenser is light years ahead of my other cheap dispenser, and the pump action so much better.I liked it so much that I immediately ordered a second one, to replace my existing dispenser.

I use it for dish soap - I have an automatic dispenser for hand soap.PROS:Matches well with my Kohler sink & Moen MotionSense Arbor faucetLooks good.Entire mechanism (moving parts) is in the top part so WHEN it breaks you can more than likely just swap out the top pump and not have to go under the sink at all.CONS:Expensive.Wish arm was longer.Squirts straight down so makes short arm a PITA.Holds a lot of soap that is easy to load.HINT: Some have mentioned it is hard to load. Put a slim straw in the loading hole while loading (keep above fluid line) and no mater how thick the soap you are loading in it, it will go down.

Moen Lifetime Warranty, well made, heavily made, not plated plastic. Easy installation if you already have the hole in your sink. I replaced a cheaper brand that the plastic corroded and broke after 3 years. I immediately could see and feel the difference, yes it was twice the price of the cheap plastic ones, but you get what you pay for. You can't go wrong with Moen, made in America.

Nearly every plumbing fixture in our home is Kohler brand and Kohler’s warranty has always been fair about replacement valves and other parts. Not so with their soap dispenser, which developed a drip thanks to some pitting on the dispenser’s stem after years of service, and Kohler offers no warranty coverage for dispensers. And that’s disappointing. After conducting some research, I found that this Moen dispenser, which is nearly identical to the Kohler part it is replacing, claims to have a lifetime warranty. Its fit and finish are identical to the part we replaced, and installation took minutes.

Centering it a little hard by myself until I put a mallet hammer on it for weight while I tighten under sink.Blends well with the faucet, would definitely buy this again if I needed it. Overall its holding up great, easy to refill from top.

I had replaced ours twice previously with cheap models from Home Depot. I finally purchased this one and am extremely happy. It is beautiful, works great as it pumps out a good amount of soap. Others pumped a large amount of soap. Highly recommend.

Bought this to replace the dispenser that came with the Moen faucet 3 years ago. It is heavier and works very well. I was able to use the original hole in the granite so installation for a 75 year old lady was easy!

Looks great! You can fill it from the top no more crawling under the sink to undo it to fill it. Love it!
