Great pressure washer, especially for car detailing.
I looked at almost every electric pressure washer from $200 up to $700 and this is where I landed. After a few months of use I am very happy with my purchase. For car detailing this is an ideal unit. Just enough pressure to wash effectively without damaging the paint and enough GPM to get good foam. I tested the AR613 before this as well and while I really liked it. In practical use I didn't notice the extra GPM, the foam was no thicker. And although the 613 has TSS, where it stops and starts, it was not only noticeably louder than the 610 but the ramp up time each time you pull the trigger gets a little annoying. The AR610 is eerily quiet. It's by far the quietest electric pressure washer I tested and quiet enough that I can run it at 8am or 8pm and not be concerned about bothering my neighbors. Just for fun, I did swap out the GFCI plug on it to a heavy duty 3 prong plug and sometimes use a remote controlled 15a electrical outlet just to save myself from having to turn the unit off manually. At first I thought I would find this annoying since my previous pressure washers all had TSS. I actually PREFER this setup with the AR610 because I have instant pressure when I pull the trigger and because it's just so darn quiet. But for $20 (plug + outlet) it was still worth it. I was heavily comparing this to the SunJoe PRO models which also have similar specs and an induction motor. The extra cost of the AR was well worth it for me because unlike the SunJoe's axial pump the AR610 has a bulletproof triplex pump. Overall the build and quality of the 610 is amazing and I really enjoy how quiet and compact it is. In a garage with lots of tools the compactness was a nice surprise. My second favorite that I tested was the AR2200 MAXX but I really didnt need or care for the cart and the GPMs were just a little too low. For about $100 less than the 610 it's a great unit and also very quiet. It is considerably larger than the 610 as well.

Arrived with a piece broken
It is a great little unit. It does not deliver 1350 PSI with even the smallest tip (I do not know why manufacturers do not tell the truth) It arrived with the plastic around the powercord broken off. It doesn't affect how it works

Dead on arrival
I bought this a couple weeks ago but didn't test it because winter returned and it was too cold. Today was the first nice day since the unit arrived so I decided to unpack and test the unit. The first thing I noticed was that the blue casing was broken. I was a little unhappy but wouldn't return the unit for a cosmetic defect. Then I noticed that the pressure gauge was half full of water. The minute I plugged it in, it hummed briefly and tripped the circuit breaker. I tried another circuit and the same thing happened. The unit is obviously leaking internally and shorting. I'm pretty dissapointed and will return the thing to Amazon in the morning.

NOT an 1800 PSI @ 2.1 GPM power washer!
The AR610 is a 1200 PSI @ 1.9 GPM power washer. The rating is incorrect on Amazon. My initial experiences have been very poor with this power washer. My old 1300 PSI washer failed so I decided to purchase this "Prosumer" washer based on the promise of a long life and more cleaning power (based on the 1800 PSI advertised). When the package arrived it was in very poor condition. Amazon packed the AR610 carton inside an Amazon box using a minimal amount of heavy brown paper to restrain the 35 lb washer. After removing it from the damaged box I noticed the AR carton said it was a 1350 PSI @ 1.9 GPM washer. The data plate on the washer states it is a 1200 PSI @ 1.9 GPM washer. The manual is poor considering the cost of the unit. Important information such as how often to change the oil is missing along with numerous misspellings and poor diagrams. After some frustrating efforts to contact the manufacturer, I was able to confirm it is only 1200 PSI and now have the oil change information. After using the washer for awhile I can report the following. The washer is built like a tank; it is surprisingly heavy for its size and appears to be very well made. It is very quiet in operation. The motor runs at all times even when not spraying. The wand is comfortable and the spray pattern adjustment works quite well. The pressure can be regulated down from 1200 PSI. For me this washer is not a good value. It has less cleaning power than my old unit and it takes longer to get the job done. I have to set the spray pattern very narrow to get reasonable results while cleaning typical homeowner items like the deck, lawn furniture, north side of the house, and a small camper. For my purposes this was a bad purchase. It has less power, it takes more time and it's very expensive. It will have to last a very long time before it becomes a reasonable value. If it was 1800 PSI as advertised or if I was using it professionally it might have been worth it. Evaluate your requirements very carefully before purchasing this washer.

Performs as expected. While expensive, I've tossed two piece of crap washers out in the last 6 years so hopefully this is the end for a long time. The little onboard soap reservoir is so small, I really don't know the point of it. Just dip the hose into your jugs mixture. The base is a little unstable.

This unit is rated at 1350 psi. That said it works fine on my house and cars so far. Build quality is great. After replacing consumer models seemingly every year, this one looks like it will last a while. Extremely thrilled with the purchase.

Was in the market for a proper industrial grade pressure washer that could do around 1.8-2.1gpm @1000psi or so, and still use a regular outlet. The AR610 fit the bill given its actual rated spec of 1.9GPM @ 1350psi and seemed relatively compact. The machine itself arrived and the outer blue plastic casing looked cheaper/flimsier than expected but the unit itself was quite solid and heavy. Water output is nice and the pressure is enough for my needs. Compared to my older 1750psi pressure washer the difference wasn't as great as I expected so that was a nice bonus. The unit is quiet enough to be kept on continuously without becoming irritating and the long power cord is a welcome plus. Unfortunately while the main unit itself is solid, the same cannot be said for the accessories. The primary gun failed and the machine hadn't even seen more than an hours worth of work over two weeks. The trigger mechanism no longer operates properly and cannot return to the off position causing the gun to be jammed in a continuous "on" position. This resulted in me having to replace the gun with a new unit from a local store as I needed the machine to continue operating throughout the day. Hopefully the rest of the unit, being the motor and the pump will perform better than the accessories that came with it, but if you're looking for a industrial grade unit, keep in mind that the associated parts included may not be up to the task. All in all this was a relatively disappointing first experience with AR products.
